Your Rights as a Candidate
Right to Access
You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you and to receive a copy of this information. Thus this should be done through your recruiter contact by default.
Right to Rectification
If you believe that any personal information we hold about you is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to ask us or the recruiting party to correct it.
Right to Erasure
In most circumstances, you have the right to request that we or the recruiting party delete your personal data from our systems. All will be deleted in time if you’re not re-enrolling.
Automated Profiling & Manual Decision-Making
No automation of selections
We use AI ranking, but there is never fully automated shortlisting without human oversight, Article 22 of GDPR limits fully automated decision-making – and we fully support this.
AI highlighting support
AI support humans by highlighting observations and structuring data. No decisions are done by AI. A human is always responsible for process steps – the support of AI is used to manage the data in applications and tests. The goal of PredictHire is less bias with AI support.
